Rules
A tile can only join a set (3 to 4 tiles, same number, all different colors) or a run (3 or more tiles, same color, consecutive numbers).
You can break apart a meld already on the table to fit in a tile from your hand. The table can look messy mid-puzzle, but it must be entirely valid the moment you declare done.
Fewer moves is better. Finishing within the par move count is an optimal clear.
